The cornerstone of this commitment is our Indigenous Engagement, Procurement Policy and our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2024-2026.

Ultimate's Reconciliation Action Plan

The cornerstone of this commitment is our Indigenous Engagement Policy and the draft Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2026-2024, which is awaiting endorsement from Reconciliation Australia. These initiatives detail our goals to increase Indigenous employment and foster deeper community ties, with specific strategies like allocating 1.5% of each government contract's value toward community involvement initiatives, demonstrating our investment back into the communities we serve.
