When an alarm is triggered, our Grade A1 Monitoring Centre immediately identifies the location and follows the client’s pre-determined instructions.

Key Features:

• Immediate Alarm Response:
  • Activated alarms signal the Ultimate Security Monitoring Centre, which follows client instructions for immediate action.
  • Dispatching the nearest mobile patrol vehicle equipped with GPS for real-time tracking and updates.
• Backup Support:
  • Four backup vehicles are always available to assist if needed, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Nearby patrols are put on standby in case additional support is required.
• Site Familiarity:
  • The patrol familiar with the site is contacted first, ensuring protocols are followed accurately.
  • If unavailable, the nearest patrol is re-directed with key access and protocols dispatched via phone or Securecy app.

Alarm Attendance Circumstances:

• Security alarm activation.
• System in alarm and will not reset.
• Loss of communication.
• Alarm or monitored equipment tamper.
• Premises alarm system toggling from day to night seal.
• Premises alarm system left in day seal after specified hours.

Securecy Software

Ultimate Security utilizes the Securecy software platform for compliance, rostering, alarm responses, and administrative needs. Developed collaboratively with Australian security companies, Securecy replaces multiple software programs and eliminates paperwork, streamlining our operations.

Securecy Features:

• Electronic Incident Reporting: Automated license checking, tracking, rostering, and shift sign-on/off with electronic signature capture.
• Real-Time Data: Immediate updates and accurate reporting sent directly to responding officers’ apps.
• Compliance and Reporting: Simple compliance and incident reporting for security personnel, management, and authorities.

Equipment and Procedures:

• GPS-Equipped Vehicles: All patrol vehicles are fitted with GPS units for real-time tracking.
• Securecy App: Used for verifying patrol calls, uploading photos, and data to the main server.
• Dedicated Mobile Phones: Equipped with duress functions and welfare checks for patrol officers’ safety.
• Body Cams: Ensuring transparency and accountability during patrols.

Alarm Response Procedures

Patrol officers must keep the National Operations Centre (NOC) informed of any delays and aim to respond to alarms within 30 minutes, following Australian Standards (AS 4421/2011).

Types of Alarm Attendance:

• Security alarm activation (single or multi-sector).
• Loss of communication.
• Unauthorized partial seal of premises.
• Equipment tamper.
• Unauthorized after-hours access by staff.
• Premises alarm system left in day seal after specified hours.
• Providing access or escort services at predetermined times.
