The Role

Ultimate Security is seeking customer service-oriented Monitoring Centre Operators, with experience in Mastermind EX monitoring platform, to work a rotating 24/7 roster. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a Grade A1 Certified Monitoring Centre.

Key Duties

  • Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems across multiple sites
  • Respond to alarm activations and alarm system faults
  • Dispatch guards and patrols
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Generation of reports
  • Data entry
  • Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 1E Security Licence
  • Previous Monitoring Room experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster including day shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manners and overall customer service
